We do not provide custody, exchange services, order execution, portfolio management, investment advice, or any other regulated crypto-asset service under MiCA. This website does not constitute an offer of services to the public.
This statement describes one activity only: a proprietary own-name and own-account crypto-asset trading desk, acting in its own name, on its own account, at its own risk, and using only its own corporate capital, on approved centralised third-party marketplaces.
The desk is not yet live. It will be operated by a dedicated entity, formed for that purpose and identified here once it is established and before any activity begins. It is separate from the QNTMEX wallet and technology business, which provides non-custodial software only and does not conduct trading of any kind.
Nothing in this statement describes, extends to, or is made on behalf of any other company in the group.
The eight points below define the outer edge of the activity. They apply without exception.
We do not hold, control, safeguard, or administer third-party assets.
We do not operate an exchange or execute orders for clients.
We never manage funds or trade on anyone's behalf.
We do not advise, solicit, or recommend investments.
This website is not an offer of services to the public.
We do not create customer relationships through this website.
Fiat and crypto movements are matched to marketplace orders; third-party payments are rejected, and evidence is retained for compliance review.
Unusual, incomplete, or high-risk activity is escalated to the MLRO and may be declined, cancelled, or reported where required.
MiCA — Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets — regulates the provision of crypto-asset services to third parties. The desk provides none of them.
Nothing on this page should be read as regulatory approval, endorsement, or supervision by any authority.
The scope set out above is maintained by operational controls, not by intention alone.
All transaction communication remains inside the official marketplace order chat. There is no off-platform settlement with counterparties, and no external links or channels are used.
Every fiat and crypto movement is matched to a specific marketplace order. Third-party payments — funds sent by anyone other than the counterparty of record — are rejected and returned.
Order records, settlement evidence, and counterparty communications are retained for compliance review.
Unusual, incomplete, or high-risk activity is escalated to the MLRO and may be declined, cancelled, or reported where required.
All inventory transactions take place on approved centralised third-party marketplaces. Each marketplace operates under its own regulatory permissions and its own user terms; those permissions belong to the marketplace and are not held by, extended to, or claimed by us.
Counterparties on those marketplaces are not our clients. No account is opened with us, no relationship is created with us, and no service is provided by us.
The desk will operate under a documented internal AML/CFT policy. Counterparty and blockchain address screening is applied in line with that policy, and sanctions screening is applied to crypto-asset addresses involved in settlement.
Where a marketplace requests verification in relation to a specific transaction, that verification relates to that transaction only. It is never onboarding to a service, and verification is never requested outside the official marketplace order chat.
This website does not constitute an offer of services to the public, a financial promotion, or a solicitation. Nothing on it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it should not be relied on as such.
No contact channel listed on this website may be used to request crypto-asset purchases, sales, investment services, custody, account opening, or transaction execution. Requests of that kind are declined.
